Zero tolerance

By using the chat, nicknames and Choir names, you accept these rules. No objectionable content or abusive behaviour is tolerated.

• No insults, threats or harassment.
• No hateful, racist, sexist, homophobic or discriminatory content.
• No sexual or violent content, and no encouragement of self-harm.
• No spam, scams, advertising or account selling.
• Do not share personal information (address, phone, social media), yours or anyone else’s.

How we moderate

• A filter automatically hides offensive words.
• Tap a message to report it or block its author; a player can also be reported from their land on the map. A message reported by several players is hidden immediately.
• Every report is reviewed within 24 hours. Offending content is removed and its author may be renamed, suspended or permanently banned.
• You can find the players you blocked in Settings → Account.
